Subsite backup (own site) is included in the free plugin for site administrators with manage_options. Site access delegation and subsite seats require Plus or Pro.
Plus and Pro schedules continue for 14 days after license expiry (grace period).
Subsite seats: each subsite enabled under Settings → Site access counts as one seat (Plus: 3, Pro: 10). This is not “10 networks × 10 subsites.” License activations count separate WordPress installs (one multisite network = one activation).

What counts as a license activation?
Each separate WordPress installation (single site or multisite network) on its own domain uses one activation. Plus: up to 3 installs. Pro: up to 10 installs. One multisite network counts as one install.
What counts as a subsite seat?
On multisite, each subsite you enable under Settings → Site access uses one seat. Plus: up to 3 subsites. Pro: up to 10 subsites. This is not “10 networks × 10 subsites”—pick up to the limit inside one network.
Do I need your cloud storage?
No. Plus and Pro connect your own Google Drive, Dropbox, S3, SFTP, and other accounts.
Can Plus import from cloud storage?
Plus uploads backups to your cloud accounts. Pulling a package directly from cloud or a URL is Pro. You can download the archive yourself and upload it on the free tier anytime.
