What happens after signup?
After checkout you get an account and license key. Install the plugin, enter the key under Settings → License, then connect your own cloud accounts for Plus or Pro schedules.
Does Free work on single-site WordPress?
Yes. Free covers backup, restore, local migrate, and search & replace on single-site installs and full multisite networks. Plus/Pro add schedules, cloud, and advanced migration.
Do you offer a free trial?
No timed trial for Plus or Pro. The free plugin already includes full single-site and multisite backup and restore. New Plus and Pro purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs through Stripe — major cards, PayPal, and wallets (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay) where available.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime from your account and pay only the difference between tiers.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel renewal anytime in your account. Your license stays active until the end of the paid year — no long-term contract.

What is the difference between Free, Plus, and Pro?
Free: unlimited local backup and restore for single sites and multisite networks, plus AI / MCP tools for status, health, and confirmed backups. Plus: schedules and cloud destinations on your own storage, with extended AI abilities. Pro: remote import, empty-server installer, network split & site extract, staging push, WP-CLI, and extended AI abilities.
What do WordPress installs and subsite seats mean?
An install activation is one WordPress site (single or network) where you activate the license. A subsite seat is one site inside a multisite network you can include in paid cloud or migration workflows.
Do you host my backups?
No. Local backups stay on your server. Plus and Pro upload to your own Google Drive, Dropbox, S3, or SFTP — we never store your archives.
How is VAT handled?
Listed prices exclude VAT. Stripe Tax applies the correct rate at checkout based on your billing country and business details when required.
