Yes. Full network backups, subsite scope, and restore are included in the free plugin — no license required.
Can subsite administrators back up their own site for free?
Yes. On multisite, site administrators with manage_options can back up and restore their own subsite from the site admin dashboard — included in the free plugin. Plus and Pro add Settings → Site access so network admins can delegate permissions with subsite seat limits on large networks.
Will backups finish on shared hosting?
Yes. Chunked, resumable jobs are built for shared hosting timeouts — backups continue across requests until they finish.
Do I need to use your cloud storage?
No. Plus and Pro connect your own Google Drive, Dropbox, S3, SFTP, and other accounts. We do not sell or host storage.
What happens if I cancel Plus or Pro?
Your license stays active until the end of the paid term. Local backups and restore keep working on the free tier. Cloud schedules continue for 14 days after expiry (grace period), then pause until you renew.
How does the 14-day guarantee work?
Contact us within 14 days of your first Plus or Pro purchase for a full refund via Stripe. Paid feature access ends when the refund is issued.
