Affiliate Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

By applying to or participating in the Multisite Migrate Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility & Application

To join the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold an existing Multisite Migrate customer account with a verified email address.

Applications are reviewed manually, typically within 24–48 hours. Approval is at Multisite Migrate's sole discretion. If your application is rejected, you may reapply with updated details.

3. Commissions

Affiliates earn a 25% commission on the actual net amount Multisite Migrate receives — after discounts and excluding taxes — for every payment a referred customer makes: first purchases, plan upgrades, and subscription renewals alike.

Commissions apply to payments made during the first 12 months after the referred customer's initial commissioned payment. Payments made after this 12-month window earn no commission.

Transactions where Multisite Migrate receives a net amount of zero — such as fully credited or refunded payments — earn no commission.

4. Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals are tracked through your referral link on a last-click basis, using a first-party cookie valid for 60 days.
• A valid discount voucher code entered at checkout overrides referral-link attribution.
• Each payment generates at most one commission, and each customer is attributed to at most one winning affiliate.

5. Voucher Codes & Discounts

Approved affiliates may request custom discount voucher codes for their audience. When a customer uses your voucher code, your 25% commission is calculated on the discounted net amount actually received by Multisite Migrate.

6. Commission Hold, Refunds & Chargebacks

• Each commission is held for 30 days after the underlying payment before becoming eligible for payout to cover customer refund periods.
• Full or partial refunds void the related commission in full.
• If a payment is refunded after a commission has already been paid out, the amount will be deducted from your next payout balance.

7. Payouts

• Payouts run on a monthly schedule.
• A payout is issued once your eligible balance reaches at least €50.00 (or equivalent); smaller balances roll over to the next month.
• Supported payout methods include PayPal and direct SEPA/Bank transfer.
• Your valid payout details must be saved in your account dashboard before a payout can be processed.

8. Prohibited Activities

As an affiliate, you may not:

• Self-refer — commissions on your own purchases or accounts controlled by you are strictly prohibited and void.
• Bid on "Multisite Migrate" or related brand keywords in Google Ads or other paid search channels.
• Impersonate Multisite Migrate or make misleading claims about product features or pricing.
• Send spam or engage in unsolicited bulk commercial messaging.
• Use coupon aggregator sites or cookie stuffing tactics.

Violating these rules will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of pending commissions.

9. Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly disclose your commercial affiliate relationship with Multisite Migrate on any page or channel where you promote our links, in compliance with FTC guidelines, EU regulations, and local laws.

10. Program Changes

Multisite Migrate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided via email or in the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may leave the Program at any time from your account dashboard. Valid commissions earned prior to termination will be paid out during the next scheduled payout cycle.
